Sheena Colette is an American actress whose career spans indie features, television, and music videos, with a parallel track in fashion/editorial work.

Career

Colette has appeared in several music videos, including LoCash Cowboy’s “Here Comes Summer” (directed by Brian Lazzaro of Stroudavarious Records), Thalía’s “Ten Paciencia” (directed by Emilio Estefan), and Alejandra Tejada’s “Indomable.” In press coverage, she has been singled out for what one write-up called the “perfect three”: performance, the ability to take direction, and on-camera look. In 2011, she was interviewed by Industry magazine as a notable New York–based performer.

On television, she appeared in the season three premiere of A&E’s The Glades (2012). That same year she played Sadie Jenkins in the horror feature House of Bodies. In 2013, she took on a more dramatic role as Angela, a woman living with cancer, in One Last Time (directed by Dhimitri Ismailaj), a film that played at multiple festival outlets.

In 2014, Colette joined the cast of Walt Before Mickey, appearing alongside Jon Heder, Thomas Ian Nicholas, David Henrie, and Arthur L. Bernstein. The following year she played scientist Jeanine Markham in Irrefutable Proof, a role built around intellectual conviction and personal resolve. Her performance drew strong notices, and she received the Beverly Hills Film Festival’s 2016 Best Actress Award. In 2018, she played Willow Adair, a breast cancer survivor, in Ziad Hamzeh’s Willow, based on Christine Handy’s novel Walk Beside Me.

Modeling and editorial work

Outside film and television, Colette has also worked as a model. She was photographed by Philip-Lorca diCorcia for Wmagazine’s “A Perfect World,” a series later discussed in the New York Times for its stylized, pared-down view of New York City.
