A firm believer in Haitian folklore about the undead, she knows every detail of every zombie film ever made—down to the year produced, the cast, the director, the budget, and everything in between. So, when a real zombie apocalypse occurs, she reacts with sheer joy, doing what every zombie fan in her shoes would do.
Her friend, initially appalled at Zoe’s attitude, soon finds herself enlisting Zoe’s expertise on “how to kill zombies” as they fight off the undead creatures trying to invade her home. Together, they navigate the chaos, relying on Zoe’s encyclopedic knowledge to survive the nightmare.
